		<description>I worked in the local library for a few years. I don't like all the waste and bureaucracy in the Volusia County system, and they buy a lot of crap. One of their goals is to discard 10% of the collection each year. In acquisitions, they prioritize the latest Blockbuster DVDs over nonfiction books.

I'm sure other library systems are better but I'm no longer interested in pursuing an MLS degree (Masters in Library Science).</description>

		<description>I found all this very interesting.  You might look at libraries for a career.  You would have a boss, but libraries are interested in creative, technically proficient people. You are good at solving problems.  Nice job.</description>
