It’s really easy to get banned from affiliate programs these days. And if you don’t get banned from them you get penalized by google and lose all the search traffic. I had some lousy days after the last update.

I am new to internet marketing industry however i am not sure i understand why you would be band from Google Absence. is there any body you can appeal to or that’s it. i tried applying to eBay to become an affiliate but they turn me down i guess there is a lot to learn when you are a beginner. any how i will be following your blog to see how much i can learn. cheers.

Tweet this sounds like fun if you could get easily links to your domain like you have 450 000+ links to your domain.

The only way you can survive with the affiliate programs is to make your own products or services and sell those. Everytime you get money from someones other program you don’t get what you deserve from it.

Thanks Kevin! I agree, these websites and services are too controlling and they always come against you if you are making a moderate amount of money… only the people making $2 a day or $2000 a day get treated well.

As for AdBrite, I think they owed me $30, but I never got paid at all because they don’t pay any of the money when they close your account. This is why Google AdSense makes their minimum payout $100 — many people never get there, yet Google keeps 100% of the profits for a computer system that has low ongoing costs. When Google took my $570, they actually made $838, because they give 68% to you and keep 32% for themselves, and they never give money back to the publishers even when they claim to.

The key is to never give up and don’t hold back on your blog… write about what you love and have expertise with, and you’ll eventually get an audience… a few loyal readers are better than a lot of passive readers, especially if they have PayPal.

Man, that sucks! It sounds like you were, at one time, making good money with Adsense and Amazon, but got shitcanned due to being overly sophisticated in your methods of advertising – or as you say, your ideas may be too ahead of their time to be accepted by our controllers.
I don’t know what to say about that, since I don’t know how to write all that advanced techno script or whatever, nor have I have an enormous amount of ad revenue to even throw up the caution flags for my methods of failure, oops, I mean success. At any rate, I hope to eventually figure out better ways to make money online, and hopefully you can find some new advertisers that you can work with to get some of your online profits back to flowing your way.

I will say, I know all about getting banned on random forums and certain websites with comment fields, for being too, uh, opinionated – especially when I put my baloney repellent into gear; ha-ha! I’ve been accused of “verbal assault” many times in forums, etc. I’ve even been banned from the entire website of HubPages before, for example, due to me not kissing people’s backsides for not knowing what they are writing about, etc. I didn’t know that arguing or disagreeing online was considered “assault” anyway. Maybe they need to change the name to “keypad assault” or something less creative. Ha! Well anyway, it sounds like you are very talented in many fields, so you should have no problem making good money online or offline, in due time. Cheers! By the way, I heard AdBrite sucked anyway… Was they actually paying decent before you got canned by them?

I think the PageRank is 5/10 because of my Tweet This WordPress plugin, since I got a lot of links back from that, and it could also be because I've been online at this URL for over 2 years and have other websites linking to me including my own sites. As for revenue, I made $34.83 from Google AdSense last month and $5.35 from Infolinks, and Amazon.com was bringing in over $200 per month regularly, but the portion that was from activities that complied with their operating agreement was probably closer to $35.

So in a normal situation without all the banning, how much do you normally make off of ads per month? I got to pick your brain on how you got your pagerank so high.
