		<description>This is such great advice so relevant as of late. Critics spending so much time trying to make you feel bad can literally drain your energy by giving them any credit or time. And I would say that makes it a &quot;better answer&quot; because you can spend your time and energy on your normal output (business, art, etc), not on giving the person any credit. They&#039;ll find someone or something else to take it out on.
