Yellow leaves against a blue and pink sky. This is an early piece, re-edited (January 2006). I took generic photos of the sunset, but wanted to experiment with including other elements of nature, which gave way to this. I used the flash to brighten the leaves, which also made the sunset appear darker and more vivid.
I added contrast and moved the colors from orange to pink to make this look good.

thank you for sharing this beautifull photo 🙂
Richard, I really like the simplicity of the post thumb plugin, but I’m seeing a warning that the site your link goes to may contain malware. I’m going to see if I can find it at the official wp site.

It’s http://www.alakhnor.com/post-thumb/. The developer hasn’t updated it in 1 and a half years but it still works for me. I wrote a guide here: Dynamic Galleries and Random Images for WordPress Photoblogs. Alakhnor’s site is fine but it’s been flagged for malware by Mozilla or Google in the past… I’ve never seen any on it.
Then you might be interested in this info sooner or later, it was emailed to me:

Wow, that sounds like a lot of work for the poster!
Richard what wordpress plugin are you using to display your images and does it work with the latest wordpress 2.8.1? Thanks!
It’s called Post Thumb. It hasn’t been updated in a while. I’m not sure if it works with the latest version of WordPress. I’m still using 2.7.
