CHDC7 good charger, but has a big problem with contacts craping up mostly on AAA. And a lot better than my old one.

If you have a CHDC7, you might want to check the 1000uf, 10v capacitor on the board. I had to disassemble mine for a contact issue and noticed that cap was swollen. Easy to replace (at your own risk o/c), and performance improved.

That’s annoying. I see it has only two lights, not one for each battery like the CHDC7. Not good. I don’t use any of these charges now because I prefer a 1-hour charger to 8 hours.

CHFM1 - when charging batteries if one is bad then it will flash green & red and you have no idea which one it could be so you have to play around with different combinations to try and figure it out. I have an old HP camera which sucks power like crazy.

I also prefer the CHDC7 since it’s simple and easy to use! I travel a lot, so I need a compact charger that easy to carry around.

I have model CHFM1 and this charger does not charhe battereis fully!!!!!!!
In Fact, They won’t even let me take any pics with camera??????
Had to go get regular Batts to survive!!!!
WHAT IS WRONG? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Yes, just put the two into one side only. I do it all the time.

I have the CHFM1 and thought that I charged only 2 at one time. i tried it 2 on each end, 2 in the middle. Is there a certain way to charge just 2 AA batteries?
